Hey y'all! I'm Shannan Parker, the owner and creative mind behind ParkerRoseCompany, LLC!
I'm a wife, mom of four, entrepreneur, creator, and someone who believes that a little creativity and a whole lot of heart can make a BIG difference!
ParkerRose started with my love for making things, but quickly grew into something much bigger. From handcrafted products and unique gifts to bath and body goodies, home fragrances, and community charity events, I've always wanted my business to be about more than just selling stuff.
I'm passionate about bringing people together, supporting others, and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome, valued, and free to be themselves.
I'm a little bit crafty, a little bit crazy, full of ideas, and usually juggling about 47 projects at once! But I wouldn't have it any other way.
And now? I'm bringing all that creative chaos to Kat's Coffee & Crafts

Kat brings her own unique talents, experience, determination, and personality to the table. She's hardworking, down-to-earth, and knows a thing or two about rolling up her sleeves and getting things done.
With a love for good company, genuine connections, and making people feel at home, Kat is helping create a place where you can walk through the door, grab a coffee, and feel like you're among friends.

Once upon a time, Kat and Shannan spent a few years working side by side over a hot grill. Somewhere between the heat, the chaos, the laughter, and the long shifts, we learned a whole lot about each other.
We learned to trust each other, lean on each other, and appreciate the strengths we each brought to the table.
Fast-forward a few years and...
WELL, WE BACK!! 🎉
Only this time, we're not standing over a hot grill. We're building something of our very own!
Kat's Coffee & Crafts — A ParkerRose Collaborative — is the result of two women combining their individual strengths, big personalities, and even bigger dreams to create something special for our community.
We're not just opening a coffee shop. We're creating a place to gather, laugh, learn, create, unwind, and make memories.
A place for kids to discover their creativity, adults to escape the everyday craziness, local makers to share their talents, and neighbors to become friends.
And the best part?
We're inviting YOU along for the journey!
You'll see the painting, the building, the organizing, the occasional chaos, and all the little victories along the way. We're sharing the nitty-gritty because we want our community to be part of this story from the very beginning.
After all, it takes a village to raise a child...
